الامام جعفر الصادق (عليه السلام) بريء من هذا القانون وبريء منهم #كلا_للقانون_الجعفري القانون الجعفري هو كله سلب لحقوق النساء لدرجة اذا رجل قتل امرأة ما يتحاسب أصلا واقوى عقوبة يمكن ثلاث سنين او اقل ويكدر يطلع بـ كفالة وبعد اكثر واكثر وحتى الحضانة إذا المراة تطلقت الحضانة تروح للرجل حتى اكو واحد داخل السجن وانطوه الحضانة رغم هو داخل السجن واكو وحدة زوجها صورها صور غير اخلاقية وهي نايمة ونشرها ومن طلبت الطلاق المحكمة رفضت طلبها لان هذا مو سبب كافي واذا تعرضت للعنف الاسري وبلغت الشرطة ما راح يسوون اي شيء بس يخلي الشخص الي اذاها يكتب تعهد وبس، واذا زوجها عنفها وضربها واهلها حاولوا يتدخلون راح يتعاقبون قانونيًا وبعد كومة كومة قوانين #كلا_للقانون_الجعفري Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) is innocent of this law and innocent of them. #NoToJaafariLaw The Jaafari law is entirely a violation of women's rights, to the point that if a man kills a woman, he is not held accountable at all. The harshest punishment might be three years or less, and he can be released on bail, and even more. Even custody, if a woman gets divorced, goes to the man. There was even a man in prison who was given custody despite being incarcerated. There was a woman whose husband took indecent photos of her while she was sleeping and published them. When she asked for a divorce, the court refused her request because this was not a sufficient reason. If she is subjected to domestic violence and reports it to the police, they will not do anything except make the person who harmed her sign a pledge, and that's it. If her husband abuses and beats her, and her family tries to intervene, they will be punished legally. And there are countless other unjust laws.
