3rd and Last Post - Monkey D. Garp is by far the strongest Marine he went head to head with Gol D. Roger so much that Roger actually asked him to take care of his son Ace(R.I.P) He went at him so much that he got the nickname hero of the Navy he has so much respect among his peers that when he has Luffy and just let's him go no one says anything not even gold Buddha and here's the ultimate reason he gets to be the strongest he should have been admiral a long time ago even fleet admiral but he turns it down because he doesn't want to work for the celestial dragons who else in that world actually say no to them and still be part and one of the top people in the military and even at the age he is and how goofy he is you saw when he fought The Iceman on Blackbeard Island you seen his haki if I had that much power I'll be goofy like that too now break out the rice crackers I got this fancy tea I've been wanting to try LOL
