Synopsis
Two people date in the never-ending winter. Abnormal weather conditions, with "winter" continuing long after the new year. The temperature does not rise in summer, and snow falls in September. The rice harvest is doomed, oil prices continue to rise, and consumption is cooling. People grew more despairing by the day, believing that the world may have come to an end. The beaches in Dekai-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, were covered with snow, and surfers, fishermen, and yacht owners had disappeared. This was a scene that Kohisa Amagi, a high school student who grew up in this town, had never imagined before. Remote classes due to the continuous snowfall are now the norm. The world has changed completely. With a snow shovel in his hand, Kohisa walks to a certain place in his neighborhood. Beyond the metal gate stands a house with an unusual design, the front of which is made entirely of glass. There is a girl shoveling snow on the property.
