Background
Volume 1 was released in Japanese with the volume 20 special edition, and in English with the season 3 part 1 box set. Volume 2 was released in Japanese with the volume 21 special edition, and in English with the season 3 part 2 box set. Volume 3 was released in English with the season 4 part 1 box set. Volume 4 was released with the volume 30 special edition, and in English with the season 4 part 2 box set. Volume 5 has not yet been released in English.
