About
He is an editor for JUMP. Gintoki first meets him in episode 100.
He is often made fun of for being short. Before becoming an editor, he dreamt of writing for fashion magazines.
He is a reference to Kohei Onishi, a real editor for JUMP that worked on Gintama and later One Piece.
