A young woman who makes a career out of helping manga bookstores sell their wares has a dark past. This past haunts her until the day when she crosses the road of a stranger who came to rent her a room. It is around a go board that these two former prodigies will bond in an unusual friendship that will allow them to repair the traumas that the intense practice of this game has caused them. "In go, I feel like I'm groping in the silence of the darkness". Inspired by the professional careers of real go players, the mangaka Xiaodao depicts the current problems affecting the world of go and reveals, stone by stone, an infinity of combinations in black and white.
