Synopsis
Please note, this is the "Young Jijii" Variant of the story. After the story of Dragon Ball GT, Goku ventures in order to defeat new otherworldly foes with old friends 120 years after the Frieza Saga of Dragon Ball Z. The manga was created to full the satisfaction of those who believed or wished for the myth of the "Dragon Ball AF" myth to be real, this myth being that Toei was going to continue the GT timeline after the story had been completed. Since then, forms from Dragon Ball AF have been referenced in official media and have appeared in the Video Game canon. This story takes place in the GT timeline, being the direct sequel to both the Z anime and GT. This can be used as an alternate universe or reality to the Anime for Super Dragon Ball Heroes. This is also an alternate timeline canonically with Toyotaro's Dragon Ball AF.
Contexte
Dragon Ball AF can be broken down into multiple arcs. First, Frieza's son Ize shows up. Then, two demons, Chiyoko and Marble, emerge from Hell to wreak havoc in the aftermath of Dabura's death. The demon's actions lead to the Dragon Balls, sealed up following GT, to descend to Earth, creating new Shadow Dragons. Finally, a new enemy named Spoitz shows up. This in many ways sounds remarkably similar to what Dragon Ball Xenoverse and Super Dragon Ball Heroes would do, with absurd new iterations of established races and characters showing up to wreak havoc.
